This workshop is designed for fight coaches, retired fighters and Muay Thai enthusiasts who do not have Muay Thai pads in their venues to learn: How to teach in a multi-participant course? How to use our bodies, movement commands, and specialized physical training to simulate a fun and realistic training session during Muay Thai training and real competition.
TWINS MUAYTHAI Coach Certificate Course（Level-1-2）
I. Training content:
3 days of training（Level 1+Level 2） 1 day of on-site examination (Total 4 days)
Daily training time: 8 to 9 hours (including practice and theory)
1.Technical part:
(1) Muay Thai 27 classic movements (left and right) in English and Thai instructions
(2) Muay Thai moving pace and air strikes
(3) Muay Thai attack and defense techniques
(4) Muay Thai simulated combat teaching techniques
(5) Muay Thai pad-holding techniques
(6) Muay Thai physical training techniques
(7) Science theory of special human movement in Muay Thai
(8) Muay Thai etiquette and history
(9) Wai Kru dance
2. Training Philosophy
Trainee will learn the standardized training system and teaching techniques of Muay Thai, and analyze each movement based on the science of human training!
The trainee will be able to achieve and establish the basic principles of Muay Thai training and teaching, and to re-conceptualize the art of Muay Thai in 4 days of rigorous and interesting course!
3. How to be a good Muay Thai coach session:
(1) How to get customers to love Muay Thai in a 20-minute trail course？
(2) How to design the course with high satisfaction of members?
(3) How to design interactive games for physical and technical training with high satisfaction of members?
(4) How to categorize the teaching for members and to improve satisfaction?
(5) How to show members their progress (feedback mechanism)?
(6) How to improve the stickiness with members, to conduct effective maintenance and to increase the repurchase rate?
